A Series B fintech startup building an AI-powered remittance ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the US, utilizing blockchain and stablecoins.

What you will do

• Build complete operational modules from React UI down to Node.js services and relational data models.
• Design and ship high-density data views and complex operational workflows for the CX platform.
• Implement secure aggregation layers (BFFs) to standardize payloads from microservices and enforce authorization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate daily workflows into technical solutions that reduce handling times.
• Champion clean engineering patterns, conduct code reviews, and mentor peers to elevate the broader engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
• Strong Node.js backend skills with experience designing well-structured REST APIs.
• Comfortable with relational data modeling, schema design, and query optimization in PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience implementing authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• English: Fluent or advanced (Upper-intermediate) required
• Location: Must be able to transition to a hybrid setup in Buenos Aires

• Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and influencing architectural decisions.
