What you will do

• Own end-to-end feature development from React UI to Node.js services and data models.
• Design and ship operational modules, high-density data views, and complex internal workflows for the CX platform.
• Implement secure aggregation layers (BFFs) to standardize payloads from microservices and external providers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate daily workflows into technical solutions that reduce handling times.
• Champion clean engineering patterns, mentor peers, and elevate the broader engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher required for clear technical communication.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
• Proven ability to design and build well-structured REST APIs in Node.js.
• Strong skills in relational data modeling (PostgreSQL), schema design, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization flows, specifically RBAC.

• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications.
• Background in highly regulated sectors such as Fintech or Healthcare.
