Salary: $182,000 – $280,000 + equity

What you will do

• Architect, build, and operate the core network foundation that platform and product teams depend on.
• Design and deploy IPv6-native VPC architecture and bring up IPv6 networking for EKS workloads.
• Define the long-term strategy for addressing, connecting, and scaling the network across multiple cloud providers.
• Establish networking standards and serve as the primary technical authority for all cloud networking decisions.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the overall networking competency across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in designing and operating AWS networking in production at scale.
• Strong fundamentals in IP addressing (IPv4 and IPv6), routing, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP, and NAT.
• Proven experience deploying and troubleshooting IPv6 in cloud or large network environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes networking, specifically EKS CNI behavior and addressing.
• Proficiency with Terraform and GitOps-style workflows.
• Ability to operate in the PST time zone.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud connectivity tooling.
• Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, or landing zones.
• Network security and compliance expertise.
• AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification.
