Senior Test & UAT Manager (Fintech)

Senior Test & UAT Manager (Fintech): Leading the end-to-end UAT strategy for a critical Financial Markets programme to deliver a new transaction reporting solution with an accent on regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment. Focus on designing testing governance, managing cutover and go-live activities, and coordinating across Technology, Operations, and Compliance.

What you will do

• Deliver the end-to-end Test Strategy covering SIT, UAT, Regression, Cutover, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live validation.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and go-live governance across multiple teams and third-party vendors.
• Design and implement robust testing governance, including decision frameworks, RACI models, and risk reporting.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Front Office to ensure regulatory requirements are fully validated.
• Drive programme reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the testing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Test Manager, UAT Manager, or Programme Test Lead within Financial Markets.
• Strong knowledge of transaction reporting, trade lifecycle, and regulatory regimes such as EMIR, MiFIR, and SFTR.
• Proven experience managing UAT, business readiness, and cutover planning on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience with Financial Markets platforms such as Broadridge, Murex, or Calypso.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.
