What you will do

• Advocate highest quality standards and contribute to process improvements in a SCRUM team.
• Develop and execute test plans with acceptance criteria based on requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing of software engineering improvements.
• Establish and improve test coverage for existing and new features, monitoring test results.
• Ensure releases meet quality, security, and compliance standards through critical workflow testing.
• Collaborate with software engineers, research engineers, designers, and product managers.

Requirements

• Academic background (BSc or above) in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in relevant QA positions for desktop software
• Experience with Python or dynamic languages like JavaScript/TypeScript
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows, application lifecycle, and OO software concepts
• Strong drive to deliver high-quality numerical software in diverse teams
• Ability to work autonomously, handle complex tasks, and communicate effectively

Nice to have

• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering
