What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain test frameworks and automation tooling using C++ and Python.
• Contribute directly to production code and testability improvements alongside software engineers.
• Develop automated tests across unit, integration, and system levels.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and test infrastructure for reliable feedback.
• Analyze complex system failures and trace issues to their root cause.
• Drive quality-by-design principles and engineering scalability within development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Embedded Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the high-tech domain.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and/or C# with strong OO principles.
• Hands-on experience with test automation.
• Good command of English required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Robot Framework, TDD, BDD, and model-based testing is preferred.
