What you will do

• Lead product strategy and vision for master data initiatives, addressing data quality and enterprise landscape challenges.
• Champion a unified approach to master data across product, customer, vendor, and financial domains.
• Design data governance processes, stewardship workflows, and lifecycle management experiences.
• Collaborate with Experience Design, Engineering, and Architecture teams to launch MDM capabilities.
• Automate data quality improvements to reduce manual handling and improve decision-making.
• Analyze master data health and adoption to inform the transformation roadmap.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in data, platform, or enterprise domains.
• Minimum 8 years of experience building B2B products, ideally with ERP or enterprise data platforms.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in MDM concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of analytics tools like Looker or Adobe Analytics.
• Understanding of data pipeline and integration concepts.
