What you will do

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, procurement, treasury, and healthcare billing.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate consolidated financial statements.
• Manage accounting for multiple legal entities, including intercompany accounting and transfer pricing.
• Establish technical accounting policies and research complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate annual external financial audits and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of 8+ accounting and billing professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a public accounting background.
• Experience leading accounting functions in complex multi-entity organizations.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, with Sage Intacct preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with BI and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight).
• Success in implementing AI or automation to improve accounting operations.
