What you will do

• Identify, map, and prioritize process inefficiencies across the global Investor Engagement Organisation.
• Redesign workflows using AI tools, automation, and orchestration to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Build and deploy sustainable, end-to-end AI-enabled solutions and rapidly prototype based on user feedback.
• Enhance executive dashboards by shifting reporting from descriptive to AI-driven insight-led analytics.
• Drive the adoption of AI workflows by developing training materials, playbooks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance partners to define AI usage standards and governance.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or automation-focused roles.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or redesign business processes.
• Proficiency with generative AI, automation platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of process optimization and systems thinking.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
