What you will do

• Lead end-to-end copy for Claude brand campaigns, including manifestos, scripts, and OOH.
• Partner with art directors and designers to concept and execute high-level creative work.
• Evolve Claude’s brand voice and tone foundations through campaign-led insights.
• Write nuanced copy that addresses audience skepticism and builds trust in AI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and comms teams to ensure brand coherence.
• Maintain high production standards from initial concept through final execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in campaign-focused copywriting with a strong advertising portfolio.
• Proven experience working both in-house and at agencies across diverse product types.
• Demonstrated ability to write for nuanced subjects where trust and safety are critical.
• Experience contributing to and evolving brand voice guidelines through shipped work.
• Ability to operate at a senior level with independence and strong collaborative skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco or New York City.
