What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions and modernization of legacy systems to improve speed and scalability.
• Evaluate and implement SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with business and product leaders to align technical solutions with strategic organizational goals.
• Set the technical vision for the engineering organization and establish high quality standards.
• Mentor and inspire engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), serverless, and event-driven design.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI tools.
• Proven track record of modernizing legacy systems and leading cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack development (Backend, Frontend, Cloud, and Infrastructure).
• Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (Redis, ElastiCache).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in media, entertainment, or fast-paced startup environments.
