What you will do

• Perform all conventional aspects of structural engineering analysis and design.
• Execute lateral analysis and design for wind and seismic loads in accordance with building codes.
• Maintain high quality control by performing rigorous self-checks and reviewing calculations of other engineers.
• Take full ownership of the structural scope, managing workload to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to designers, drafters, and less experienced engineers.
• Proactively advance workflows, systems, and tools by embracing emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in principles and practices of lateral analysis (wind and seismic).
• Strong ability to apply building code provisions to engineering designs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing assigned structural scope and forecasting levels of effort.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
