What you will do

• Provide virtual clinical guidance and support to NICU patients and families navigating the transition from hospital to home.
• Perform ongoing clinical and psychosocial assessments and establish individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Triage urgent concerns and educate patients on the use of remote health monitoring equipment.
• Coordinate holistic support by connecting parents to dedicated specialists, resource partners, and pediatric providers.
• Monitor diagnostic results and escalate critical findings to multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with the product team by providing user feedback to improve clinical programs.

Requirements

• BSN-prepared Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted multi-state (compact) license.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of recent experience in maternal-child health, including minimum 1 year in NICU and 1 year in labor and delivery/postpartum or antepartum.
• Availability to work M-F 9am-6pm EST with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.
• Ability to work remotely via video, phone, and text.

Nice to have

• Experience with pregnancy-related diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, perinatal loss).
• Prior experience providing virtual care.
• Spanish fluency without the use of an interpreter.
