What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-powered applications, focusing on agentic and multi-modal AI systems.
• Architect scalable, production-grade software using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and monitoring in AWS.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluating, and serving AI models.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, scientists, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Deep proficiency in Python and strong experience developing and maintaining APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and model serving in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and DevOps practices (AWS and GitLab CI/CD preferred).
• Must be based in Canada.
