What you will do

• Design and implement GenAI solutions aligned with the Enterprise Architect's platform capabilities roadmap.
• Research, pilot, and deploy the latest GenAI technologies and AI bots/agents.
• Develop and manage API infrastructure and technical design artifacts on AWS platforms.
• Enhance DevOps practices and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines and software guardrails.
• Handle model versioning across environments and implement infrastructure-as-code.
• Provide post-production support, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Hands-on expertise with Python, AWS Lambda, Java, and API development.
• Experience with RAG techniques, vector databases, and GenAI model deployment.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and DevOps tools.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario to support the hybrid work model.

• Proven leadership skills and experience guiding agile teams across multiple locations.
