What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python.
• Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Orchestrate Agentic AI workflows, including autonomous agents for planning and reasoning.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and external APIs.
• Create robust prompts, retrieval pipelines, and agent architectures.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, France, or Switzerland.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based application development.
• Proven experience designing Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Elasticsearch for search and retrieval.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of MLOps practices.
