What you will do
- Manage a customer portfolio valued between $500k and $1M to build strong business relationships.
- Drive net dollar retention by identifying upsell opportunities and implementing churn reduction strategies.
- Act as the primary strategic partner and first point of contact for assigned customers.
- Analyze customer data to improve engagement and product utilization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to synthesize customer feedback and needs.
- Guide clients toward their specific success outcomes using a consultative approach.
Requirements
- Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and foster positive business relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
- Ability to influence stakeholders effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing accounts within the Australian hospitality market is a significant plus.
