What you will do

• Manage a customer portfolio valued between $500k and $1M to build strong business relationships.
• Drive net dollar retention by identifying upsell opportunities and implementing churn reduction strategies.
• Act as the primary strategic partner and first point of contact for assigned customers.
• Analyze customer data to improve engagement and product utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to synthesize customer feedback and needs.
• Guide clients toward their specific success outcomes using a consultative approach.

Requirements

• Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and foster positive business relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
• Ability to influence stakeholders effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Experience managing accounts within the Australian hospitality market is a significant plus.
