What you will do

  • Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across your territory.
  • Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
  • Identify risks early and reduce churn through consultative conversations.
  • Lead onboarding, activation, and optimization for new partners.
  • Deliver growth opportunities including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
  • Balance field visits with desk-based planning, analysis, and feedback to improve account management playbooks and reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or another commercial role.
  • Experience working toward retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (in-person and in writing).
  • Comfort balancing autonomy with structured ways of working.
  • Confidence managing a portfolio with both field and desk-based responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in food tech, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS.
  • Exposure to territory-based or field-led roles.
  • Enjoyment of data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Interest in process improvement and building scalable ways of working.
