What you will do
- Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across your territory.
- Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
- Identify risks early and reduce churn through consultative conversations.
- Lead onboarding, activation, and optimization for new partners.
- Deliver growth opportunities including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
- Balance field visits with desk-based planning, analysis, and feedback to improve account management playbooks and reporting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or another commercial role.
- Experience working toward retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (in-person and in writing).
- Comfort balancing autonomy with structured ways of working.
- Confidence managing a portfolio with both field and desk-based responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in food tech, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS.
- Exposure to territory-based or field-led roles.
- Enjoyment of data analysis and performance reporting.
- Interest in process improvement and building scalable ways of working.
