What you will do

• Supervise and mentor counselors, providing continuous feedback and hands-on training through observation.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions and facilitate weekly supervision sessions.
• Develop and revise comprehensive patient treatment plans and maintain detailed case records.
• Coordinate patient care with community providers and manage crisis interventions.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agency standards.
• Lead treatment team meetings and implement new clinical programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a human services related field.
• Compliance with federal and state regulations for certification and licensure.
• Proven knowledge of human behavior and the rehabilitation of drug-dependent patients.
• Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills in high-stress situations.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with proper judgment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment.
