What you will do

• Conduct training on Utilization Review processes, clinical rules, and software enhancements.
• Develop educational materials and clinical scenarios by collaborating across departments.
• Perform one-on-one coaching based on monthly quality audit findings to resolve education and adherence issues.
• Assess educational effectiveness using specific tools and methodologies.
• Partner with Workforce Planning and HR to manage training schedules and address staff concerns.
• Advise leadership and Medical Directors on individual performance improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN, LVN, or LPN license in a US state or territory.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2+ years of experience in direct clinical care or managed care settings.
• 1+ year of direct virtual or face-to-face training experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or Clinical Care Coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and webinar tools.
