What you will do

• Coordinate B2C, B2B, and Amazon replenishment shipments.
• Manage customer returns, replacements, and reshipments.
• Handle daily warehouse operations, including physical product movement.
• Use WMS and ERP systems to manage inventory and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery details and shipment inquiries.
• Monitor operational data and collaborate on process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kaunas, Lithuania to support hybrid warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to perform hands-on physical operational tasks.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
