What you will do

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to secure favorable terms and business alignment.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent supply.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to materials, suppliers, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and procurement.
• Prepare detailed reports on procurement trends and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kaunas, Lithuania.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with supplier audit processes and procurement systems.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CSCP.
• Knowledge of regional APAC languages.
