TL;DR

FC Global Supply Network Planner (Supply Chain): Managing end-to-end network planning and the S&OP/S&OE cycle with an accent on network optimization and strategic supply chain transformation. Focus on quantifying trade-offs between service and cost, leading international programs, and simplifying supply flows.

Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius, Lithuania (at least 50% office presence required)

Salary: €3,500 – €4,800 gross per month

What you will do

  • Orchestrate the S&OP and supply network planning cycle to deliver decision recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional network optimization projects, including product transfers and sourcing redesign.
  • Translate demand signals into constrained supply plans through Supply Review and Pre-S&OP processes.
  • Manage allocations, constraints, and crisis escalation as a supply chain control tower.
  • Govern planning parameters and master data, including safety stocks, MOQ, and lead times.
  • Drive the adoption of Anaplan as the primary tool for execution and business reporting.

Requirements

  • Senior-level expertise in supply chain with a track record of driving S&OP processes in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver international programs and projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of supply network planning and scenario/trade-off analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar advanced planning/ERP systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Vilnius, Lithuania

Nice to have

  • APICS certification.
  • Experience with business case development, network, and process design.
  • Background in constraint/allocation management and crisis escalation procedures.
