What you will do

• Search, select, and contract carriers using commercial skills, logistics knowledge, and process expertise.
• Build and maintain extensive partner network for continuity and Plan B resilience.
• Ensure full legal and documentary compliance for all DSP contracts.
• Guide carrier onboarding and smooth handover to operational Delivery teams.
• Manage territory expansions and sustainability targets like 20% electric vans/buses.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and local Iberia team to align objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (and Spanish/Portuguese for Iberia team).
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of logistics processes and Last Mile market.
• Analytical ability to turn data into sourcing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Legal mindset for contracts and compliance; affinity for green logistics.
