What you will do

• Develop and maintain multi-tenant backend services and APIs using Go and gRPC within Kubernetes environments.
• Perform data modeling for databases and canonical product models with a focus on performance and multi-tenancy.
• Design APIs following the Google AIP standard, ensuring they are not strictly bound to a specific frontend.
• Propose and document architecture changes via Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) according to company guidelines.
• Create and manage integrations between internal backend services and various SaaS systems.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, peer code reviews, and adherence to engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Go (Golang).
• Deep understanding of concurrency, data structures, and general backend fundamentals.
• Proven experience in designing and consuming APIs and working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows and hands-on experience with Docker.
• Experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity and quality.
• Valid work permit and residency within the European Union (EU) region.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating GenAI into the SDLC through structured workflows and prompt patterns.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development practices.
