What you will do

• Manage incident processes and debug complex application systems to resolve business-impacting issues.
• Apply standards and best practices to improve system stability, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to deliver high-quality software and value to customers.
• Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring mechanisms to identify root causes of incidents.
• Develop meaningful reports and KPIs for quicker incident response.
• Apply insights from the hirify.global Technology Radar to solve client problems.

Requirements

• Experience with Java frameworks and scripting languages like Python or Powershell.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and relational/non-relational databases.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure pipelines.
• Experience with application monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana).
• Immediate right to work in Vietnam (Vietnam Citizen).
• Proficiency in English for communication with senior stakeholders.
