Java Developer (Middle/Senior)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with web, mobile, and third-party systems.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices and backend services.
• Design and optimize relational database structures, queries, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and promote clean development practices.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical documentation, deployment, and application maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven or Gradle, and modern development tools.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Frontend Developers, and Product Owners.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of JWT or OAuth2 authentication and authorization mechanisms.
