What you will do

• Lead precision assembly, overhaul, and maintenance of propulsion systems and rotating machinery.
• Perform static and dynamic balancing of shafts, rotors, compressors, and turbines.
• Support engine commissioning, installation, and operation within advanced test facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and operational issues during build and testing.
• Interpret engineering drawings and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Mentor and coach technicians to promote technical excellence in the workshop.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in engine assembly, aerospace propulsion, or high-precision mechanical environments.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Expertise in precision assembly, mechanical inspection, alignment, and balancing.
• Strong knowledge of bearings, seals, mechanical tolerances, and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical manuals.

Nice to have

• Experience with gas turbine engines, microjet propulsion, or UAV engines.
• Background in aerospace or defense programs.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis and rotor dynamics.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
