What you will do
- Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with the electronic reservation book, website, and mobile application.
- Analyze customer needs to provide the most suitable answers and tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Based in Barcelona.
- Native level of Portuguese.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Experience in a customer support environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- High level of communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
