What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support and diagnose software, hardware, and system issues.
• Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and best practices.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the product support cycle.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting solutions and writing user guides.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid (Hybrid).
