What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support and diagnose software, hardware, and system issues.
- Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and best practices.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the product support cycle.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience documenting solutions and writing user guides.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools.
- Location: Must be based in Madrid (Hybrid).
