What you will do
- Serve as the technical expert for global talent products, guiding internal support teams
- Lead end-to-end coordination of complex HR and payroll cases across multiple teams
- Own and maintain internal operations playbooks for seamless execution
- Design and deliver specialized training programs on product features and HR updates
- Identify systemic issues and collaborate with product teams to improve processes
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1+)
- Remote work from Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain
- 2+ years experience in customer support or product specialist roles handling complex HR queries
- Strong understanding of support tools and documentation platforms
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes, multi-stakeholder cases
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer-centric mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with HR tech or B2B SaaS products
- Knowledge of global hiring models and remote international team management
- Background in creating training modules, knowledge bases, or playbooks
