What you will do
- Own and manage the client’s campaign calendar, ensuring activities are strategically planned and delivered on time.
- Act as the primary bridge between the client and technical specialists to align execution with strategic goals.
- Provide proactive strategic insights and clarity to help clients navigate delivery challenges.
- Deliver frequent, structured updates on project progress, potential risks, and key decisions.
- Create project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgets to ensure execution within scope.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and data teams to meet rigorous luxury brand quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM or digital marketing agency environments.
- Proven experience working with luxury and/or premium brands (automotive experience is a major plus).
- Strong experience managing campaign calendars and prioritizing workflows in fast-paced settings.
- Understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas.
