What you will do
- Identify, conceptualize, and implement AI use cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and prototype LLM-based applications using OpenAI API and ChatGPT.
- Design and implement AI Agents to automate internal workflows, including tool calling and multi-step flows.
- Structure and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and data integration.
- Integrate AI functionalities into existing systems and tools via APIs.
- Perform testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI applications through prompt engineering.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in software or AI development, ideally within management consulting.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with APIs and system integration.
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and concepts like RAG and agentic systems.
- Experience deploying cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English.
