What you will do

• Coordinate client onboarding and deliver upfront cross-selling of banking products and services.
• Manage client portfolios to identify sales opportunities, drive upsell, and ensure retention.
• Achieve agreed financial targets through daily acquisition and relationship management activities.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standard operating procedures, and internal instructions.
• Deliver high-standard customer service in alignment with ADCB Service Standards.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relationship management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of Liability Products and Services.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Dubai, UAE.
