TL;DR
Senior ML Engineer (AI) (LLMOps, NLP, RAG): Engineering and productionizing end-to-end ML systems, from data pipelines and LLMOps infrastructure to agentic multi-agent workflows, with an accent on production-scale NLP, RAG, and multimodal AI solutions. Focus on building observable and reproducible ML pipelines, orchestrating autonomous AI systems, and integrating cloud-based ML services into reliable applications.

What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, training, optimization, and deployment.
- Build and maintain LLMOps pipelines with MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases for observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning.
- Develop NLP, RAG, and multimodal AI solutions in collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and clients.
- Build and orchestrate agentic and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Manage ML infrastructure, including CI/CD/CT pipelines, cloud environments, data stores, monitoring, and security.
- Automate and monitor ML workflows with Databricks, Kubeflow, or Airflow and integrate ML services into reliable applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production ML solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong Python skills across the data science and ML ecosystem, including model development, packaging, and service integration.
- Advanced experience with LLMOps, AgentOps, experiment tracking, CI/CD/CT, and ML workflow orchestration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services and working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required, both spoken and written.
