TL;DR
Customer Support Specialist (Cloud/Infrastructure): Providing first-line technical support for cloud, CDN, and hosting services with an accent on network diagnostics and incident resolution. Focus on managing customer requests via chat and email, performing technical troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to higher-level engineering teams.
Location: Poland (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite options available)

What you will do
- Handle first-line support requests via chat, email, and phone.
- Provide consultations on cloud, CDN, hosting, and AI products.
- Perform technical diagnostics and resolve customer incidents.
- Collect and document incident information for higher-level support.
- Work a 2/2 night shift schedule (12-hour shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM).
Requirements
- 1+ year of technical support experience.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
- Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics (reading logs).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services.
- Experience with Linux and API.
