What you will do
- Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by closely managing the renewal pipeline.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing operations teams and leaders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and offer customized strategies to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to link marketing workflows to the business value delivered by .
- Act as the voice of the customer to advocate for product improvements based on feedback.
- Develop and execute customized success plans to ensure timely time-to-value and immediate impact.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management focusing on enterprise customers.
- Experience in the MarTech or SaaS space.
- Proven track record of pipeline management and delivering renewals ahead of schedule.
- Ability to build strong relationships with various levels of seniority.
- General understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, and CRM.
- Native German speaker.
