What you will do

  • Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by closely managing the renewal pipeline.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing operations teams and leaders.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and offer customized strategies to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to link marketing workflows to the business value delivered by hirify.global.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to advocate for product improvements based on feedback.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to ensure timely time-to-value and immediate impact.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management focusing on enterprise customers.
  • Experience in the MarTech or SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of pipeline management and delivering renewals ahead of schedule.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various levels of seniority.
  • General understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, and CRM.
  • Native German speaker.
