What you will do

• Design and price derivatives and structured products across FX and cross-asset hybrids.
• Develop actionable trade ideas, market content, and key analytics for institutional clients.
• Build analytical tools and screens to interpret market moves and identify opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and trading teams to develop ideas and engage clients.
• Use AI to analyze firm data and support the development of new market ideas.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a good understanding of derivatives.
• Strong coding ability and an interest in programming; Python or C++ experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, operations research, computer science, financial engineering, or physics.
• Strong presentation skills for providing product expertise in client meetings.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and the factors that drive them.
