FOO Analyst II, ETF & Index Fixed Income EMEA & NA

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least four full days each week are required in the London office.

What you will do

• Support portfolio managers and traders with investment operations for fixed income ETFs and index products.
• Support one or more FOO practices: investment platform management, portfolio monitoring, trade implementation, client and product lifecycle, and regulatory and policy implementation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and maintain clean trading and pricing data for portfolio management decisions.
• Partner with regional portfolio managers and subject-matter experts across global time zones.
• Support product launches, fund onboarding initiatives, and expansion into new country markets.
• Ensure activities comply with hirify.global’s Conduct principles.

Requirements

• Experience with front-office applications is preferred, including Aladdin, CRD, or Bloomberg.
• Strong understanding of data integrity processes, including IBOR pricing, cash positions, and corporate actions, to support accurate start-of-day portfolio management.
• Experience with performance analysis such as benchmark tolerances, cash management including FX, hedge programs and distributions, and trade support including custom orders and baskets.
• Solid understanding of ETFs, fixed income, and equity asset classes.
• Knowledge of the investment business, buy-side processes, and investment products.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to write clear, cohesive documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for effective collaboration with investment teams, trading desks, and technology partners.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership; proactive and curious approach to learning.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel, including macros, SQL, and Python coding.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
