What you will do

• Identify and assess exceptional founders, their ambition, resilience, founder–market fit, and company-building potential.
• Source founders through relationships with startup founders, operators, investors, universities, and industry communities.
• Support founders through hirify.global’s residency, including problem framing, opportunity validation, business-model development, customer discovery, and early execution.
• Coach founders on strategy, prioritisation, go-to-market planning, hiring, fundraising readiness, and key early company decisions.
• Lead investment diligence and recommendations from sourcing through Investment Committee review.
• Support fundraising and strengthen hirify.global’s platform, ecosystem presence, assessment methods, and scalable founder-support systems.

Requirements

• Significant experience building, operating in, or investing in high-growth startups, including exposure to pre-seed and pre-revenue stages.
• Background as a founder, early startup employee or operator, investor, or advisor with substantial early-stage exposure.
• Strong commercial judgement when assessing markets, business models, founder potential, competitive dynamics, and execution capability.
• An active and credible network across the UK startup ecosystem.
• Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Former founder experience, particularly firsthand fundraising experience.
• Venture capital experience.
