What you will do

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality technical AI solutions.
• Develop and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
• Own the end-to-end delivery process from scoping to production deployment.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Contribute to the evolution of hirify.global’s AI platforms through feedback and code contributions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python (or C#, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and data engineering tools like Pandas and Spark.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and open-source AI tools.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Practical knowledge of deploying RAG architectures.
