What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and evolution of a unified file security and enterprise platform.
• Drive the vision for next-generation file security, including multi-engine orchestration and deep content inspection.
• Lead the development of shared enterprise services such as identity, deployment, and observability to enable scalable adoption.
• Champion AI-first transformation by embedding agentic capabilities into platform services and internal engineering workflows.
• Establish and promote platform standards to ensure high-performance capabilities across distributed systems.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape category strategy and platform monetization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or developer platform leadership.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles owning platform strategy and execution.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven success driving platform adoption across multiple engineering or product teams.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLM-based architectures, and agentic system evaluation frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with file security domains, such as content inspection or malware detection.
