IT Delivery Manager (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Lead a small-scale ServiceNow implementation from planning through deployment.
• Develop and manage the project plan, coordinate activities, and deliver milestones on time.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement changes in ServiceNow.
• Perform basic ServiceNow configurations, including user access, roles, groups, forms, and workflows.
• Coordinate user communications and maintain validated user, group, and permission lists.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities in a hands-on project role.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• Practical ServiceNow experience beyond project coordination, including basic platform configuration.
• Experience delivering IT projects end to end, including planning, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and stakeholder communications for system changes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
