What you will do
- Oversee IT project delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate between business analysis, development, and IT operations to ensure efficient execution.
- Define and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Organize communication and coordination mechanisms to ensure transparency across stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain objective alignment.
- Prepare and disseminate status updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments.
- Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain.
- Recognized project management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with Service Now.
