IP Links Delivery Manager (Networking)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of IP links, including DCI, transit, peering, and backbone connections, from ordering through service turn-up.
• Coordinate carriers, vendors, network engineers, and internal stakeholders while tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Translate connectivity requirements into implementation plans and support validation of BGP sessions, routing, reachability, link status, and performance.
• Coordinate testing windows and Layer 1–3 validation during installation and turn-up activities.
• Maintain delivery trackers, status reports, capacity tracking, and basic forecasting inputs.
• Assist with connectivity troubleshooting and coordinate incident follow-up through closure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, infrastructure, or network operations.
• Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals, including BGP and routing concepts.
• Understanding of data-center connectivity and 1G/10G/100G link types, latency, redundancy, and failover.
• Ability to manage parallel workstreams, timelines, dependencies, vendor follow-ups, and structured documentation.
• Experience with ticketing and tracking systems and the ability to interpret monitoring tools, logs, and link-status data.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom, ISP, or carrier environments and provisioning processes.
• Data-center operations experience, including on-site installation and turn-up coordination.
• Direct vendor and carrier interaction, including ticket escalation.
• Basic Python or Bash scripting for reporting and tracking.
