Salary: €50,000 - €60,000

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify and scope high-impact AI and automation opportunities to raise productivity.
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from proof of concept to production.
• Develop intelligent routing, workflow orchestration, and AI agents integrated with internal platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Design and build ingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt to support analytics and decision-making.
• Package solutions using Docker and Kubernetes to meet DevOps standards for plug-and-play deployment.
• Establish quality, performance, and safety monitoring for LLM-powered agents running in production.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, and proficient SQL.
• Practical experience building and running agentic workflows and LLM systems in production.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt or similar frameworks.
• Conceptual DevOps knowledge, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Valid continuous work permit for Spain or Germany.
• English proficiency required.
