TL;DR
Senior UI/UX Designer (Logistics): Designing and maintaining complex design systems and interfaces for fleet management software with an accent on user experience optimization and design-to-development handoff. Location: Remote (Availability to overlap with US working hours 8:00–11:00 AM PT required)
Compensation: $2,300 - $3,000 monthly

provides hardware and software solutions for trucking companies in the USA and Canada, focusing on ELD Logbooks and Fleet Management systems.
What you will do
- Maintain and evolve complex design systems.
- Design consistent and intuitive interfaces for applications.
- Guide design implementations through the development cycle to ensure fidelity.
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the development team on product enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio featuring real projects and at least one full UX case study.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and Jira.
- Availability to overlap with US working hours (8:00–11:00 AM PT).
- English: B2+ and Russian: C1+ proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the B2B sector.
- Degree in a design-related field.
