What you will do

• Sell Consumer Insights, Analytics, and Innovation services to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive business development and proactively identify new market opportunities.
• Partner with local Account Development teams for joint business planning and client need assessment.
• Scope projects in collaboration with Solution experts and Operations teams to ensure feasibility.
• Provide high-level client consultancy and ensure satisfaction through dedicated support.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, business management, or a related field.
• Preferably 4 years of experience in market research, sales, or new business development.
• Native Serbian proficiency.
• Effective English communication skills (written and oral).
• Proven experience in client servicing and consultative sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
