What you will do

• Lead the finance team, bookkeepers, and external finance service providers.
• Oversee bookkeeping, monthly closing, reconciliations, payments, and financial controls.
• Manage payroll processes and coordinate audit cycles with external advisors.
• Prepare comprehensive financial, management, and board reporting materials.
• Collaborate with the CFO on business strategy, pricing changes, and financial analysis.
• Support GTM teams with quote creation and approval processes.

Requirements

• CPA license is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position within a finance team post-internship.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Strong expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, audit, reporting, and budgeting.
• Proven experience managing finance team members and external providers.
• Strong analytical skills to support high-level business and pricing decisions.
