VP Finance

TL;DR

VP Finance (SaaS/AI-native finance): Own end-to-end financial architecture, capital strategy, and SaaS economics while partnering with the CEO and executive team. What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on capital allocation, pricing strategy, investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising support.
• Own core B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback) and collaborate with GTM on pricing, packaging, and commercial deal economics.
• Lead FP&A and annual planning; build models, dashboards, and forecasts; drive Rule of 40 posture and burn/capital efficiency.
• Lead corporate development finance: financial diligence, build-vs-buy modeling, valuation work, and post-deal integration finance.
• Own P&L accountability, budgeting, cash flow management, and scale the finance team.
• Run revenue accounting and audit readiness (SaaS RevRec across multi-year, ramp, and usage-based deals) and reshape finance operations using AI agents; manage finance systems (ERP, billing, RevRec tooling, equity management, Salesforce-to-finance integration), treasury/FX, global operations/admin, and compliance/tax.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as VP of Finance with a proven track record scaling a high-tech/startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration; CPA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading and developing a finance team in a growing organization.
• Hands-on, process- and tech-driven mindset; strong operational excellence and experience leveraging AI/automation tools.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen across end-to-end finance operations and contractual/commercial aspects.
• Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks and international tax laws.

• Master’s degree (MBA) or advanced relevant degree.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and AI-driven financial platforms.
• Hands-on experience overseeing corporate legal operations.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
