What you will do

• Provide first and second level IT support to all employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software across the company.
• Manage IT asset inventory, hardware lifecycles, and software licensing/subscriptions.
• Support Microsoft 365, server, storage, and network administration tasks.
• Assist with CI/CD infrastructure, build systems, Docker-based services, and Linux virtual machines.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts and permissions management.

Requirements

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and configuring computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• General understanding of computer systems and networking.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Hamburg.
• Service-oriented mentality and ability to work collaboratively within an IT team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux (specifically Ubuntu Server) and Apple Mac OS.
• Familiarity with specialized software such as Perforce, Hansoft, and Jenkins.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+.
